I’m still working on a larger content update for Midnight Mansion, but for now I present you a new and improved post-jam version. It includes:

• New movement modes: 8 directions, and classic tank controls (press Q to switch between them at any point)
• Inventory bug fixes: the item box should work correctly now
• Reading file system: the documents you pick up can now be accessed at any point from the menu
• Game balancing: the player gets a bit more ammo throughout the game
• Ranking update: reworked the formula, it should now be easier to get a higher grade
• Quality of life: you can skip the door transition, and hold the left button for continuous movement
